Easy friendly and quick.got a phone call came for interview and after a week got a call that I was selected and that I will get a confirmation email and date of start.........................
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Veranova (Calgary, AB) in Jun 2012
Interview
Very informal and rather easy. There seems to be a very high turn over so they seem very eager to hire. A red flag from day one but when you need a job you need a job.

Very easy questions about property management experience
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Veranova (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2009
Interview
Since the company was small, the interview process was less formal. The interviewer was the hiring manager and had the authority to make the decision. It probably also helped that I was referred by an employee. It was thus important to know the company --- what it did --- and the position they were hiring for.
