The actual interview went well but took a lot of time to hear about the next steps or be kept in the loop regarding the process. I never heard back in regards to if they were moving forward with another candidate.

Outgoing interviewer who seemed very engaged. Brief conversation but overall positive experience and respectful handling. Could have been a bit longer and more in depth to gauge role fit in my opinion
Was asked to do multiple rounds of interviews in person, as well as a writing test only to find out that the position that they were interviewing for was not fully funded. Apparently this is the norm.
Three round interview process, stretched over a little more than a month's time. First round focused on interest and gauging experience. Second focused on role and meeting team. Third involved a writing exercise.
