The most unintresting interview in my life after one of the most interesting job descriptions. I´m still wondering if all the advertised positions are existing or it´s kind of a scam to get new ideas for products/solutions. As everyone else I received an invitation 1 day before the interview that was supposed to start at 8:00am. The girl who interviewed me was at home in her pyjamas (!) She started from "we´ve already lost 2 minutes", never introduced the company, didn´t describe the position at all. That was it for making a good first impression. The girl was quite rude, rushing through all the questions and definetely she was not interested in the answers because... she had to type them. Hasn´t she heard about recording? I wouldn´t even call it a conversation when I was describing my ideas. She asked exactly same questions as in the online application and seemed not to know anything about what I wrote in it. She has never made a reference to what I already sent to them. Only until we got to the financial part she said more than "yhm, yhm" asking about my current salary, expectations (gross or net, if I knew how much tax is paid in Germany etc.). When I asked about the salary structure described as "Competitive salary consisting of a base salary and participation of margin & revenue growth of the new brand" she said that it it´s not the case, that the structure depends on how you negotiate with Andre. We finished within 25 min, then there was the knowledge test and personality test (I came across as extrovert even though I´m not one).
