I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Ventavia Research Group (Houston, TX) in Sep 2018
Interview
Interview was very low key, especially since I came in from another city. They were accommodating, and the two heads met me at a cafe to have coffee and to chat about the job. They asked me questions about where I was currently working, and some things that I would consider my best attributes in the work force. They also talked about responsibilities that I would gradually have at Ventavia, and what I would be comfortable with doing and learning while I was on the job. It felt very human and natural the whole time--I didn't feel stressed talking with them about the job.
