Lots of talk about the potential for advancement and responsibility with pay and hours glossed over slickly. I left the assessment day after I became aware that you would be working 70+ hour weeks for £0.00-£4.00/hr. There was no mention in the initial phone call that the pay is 100% commission based, and it took a customer asking a question about rep's pay in front of me for this to become apparent. Beware.
