Unfortunately, after completing the assignment, I was ghosted with a complete breakdown in their previously good communication. This experience raised concerns about how candidate time and effort are valued. While I cannot speak to internal intentions, the lack of communication made the process feel one-sided. Future applicants may want to proceed with clear boundaries around unpaid work and confirmation of feedback timelines.
