DODGED A BULLET, she was so rude I referenced the job Venn group website that Venn group is a New expanding company and was told “it definitely wasn’t it’s been open 25 years” and that I had no idea what a recruitment consultant was 😂 never mind she was late calling and left me speaking to myself for 3 minutes straight with no response or sign she was listening !
Thank god.

I had a four stage interview process. Started as I was approached on LinkedIn, then had a telephone chat with a manager and three further virtual stages, including with an Associate Director.
