Interview
The interview process seemed very informal and relaxed. They ask you about yourself and try to figure if you will be a good fit for their environment and clientele. Although everything seemed like a great fit, I get the sense that there is not a lot of cultural diversity in this company and I'm not sure that they're looking for any.
