Interview
I was screened and interviewed by the Hiring Manager, it went well. I was invited for second round to present on the case study to some of the team members. To create the presentation it took me 5-6 hours of my time to create the project plan. Some of the members didn't even show their faces on the video call by giving excuse that it is early morning and not ready for video call. If that is the case then better have telephonic calls. Not sure if they were taking screenshots of my presentation which I made. The second round went well and I thought I cracked it, but by far I did not surprise based on some of the comments in this section as many have experienced. Waste of time and efforts. Humble request to Veeva please do not waste time and efforts for both, for yourself and the interviewee, it is not worth and undermines your name in the industry, it also shows your attitude towards interviewee.

Interview
The interview process is normal, Hiring Manager screening, Panel Interview with presentation, though I don't know what the next step would be after that. All the interview panelist speak well and they also coordinate well. But one thing which I have noticed is that people who have commented here with negative comments are True. Also, I noticed that a couple of panelist they don't show up their faces and give excuses. However, I doubt when they say that they might be capturing your presentation and proposed solution which takes not less than 5 -6 hours of the candidate. With full respect, please do not ghost, or waste your and candidates time.
