There was a phone interview, then an in person interview with the hiring manager. Then I had Zoom interviews with two other individuals. After those interviews, I had homework. After the homework, I was offered a position.

Extensive and ridiculous for the role, they mostly want you to glorify them and plead why you want to work for them then will ghost you once they don't move forward. They like to talk about "doing the right thing" but literally are not capable of it. They put you through four rounds of interviews and wasting all your time. First interview is a generic screener with HR, then the person you'd be reporting to, then you do a "Why Veeva" interview and an interview about your entire life story, that is honestly overstepping in my opinion.
