Interview
Recruiter call followed by 5 rounds of on-site interviews on zoom. Overall, not very streamlined interview process. They should have one round between the in-between the recruiter round and onsite to gauge the fit. The on-site was so easy and repetitive questions each round. They did not provide any opportunity to demonstrate myself. Two days after the interview the recruiter drops a one-liner replying to one of my past email-"Unfortunately the did not feel it is a right fit". After 5-6 hours of interviews I felt it is discourteous to drop a 1-liner reply to a past email.

Initial interview with talent team.
Followed with three additional interviews, a mix of behavioral and technical.
Talent interview went well and seemed like we had good alignment and fit.
Subsequent interviews quickly reviewed there was a misalignment in role expectations and cultural fit.
