The first interview went well, we had a great conversation. I have a second interview tomorrow. Very nervous. My advice: really understand what the company is all about and be prepared to talk about the details of the company and your role to show how knowledgable you are.

Question 1
What does the role of "Analytics Service Associate" mean to you?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (New York, NY) in Feb 2025
Interview
first interview is just with recruiter. very simple, ask about past experiences, any history/course work/experience with consumer insights, running t tests, analyses, etc. Tells you about role a little bit and asks you why you think youre fit for position. I did not get this position even though I thought I nailed the interview. When I heard back I emailed back nicely asking if there was any feedback I could get on my interview or if it came down to me or another candidate. No response, not even an email saying they couldn't disclose. Never heard from company after rejection

Question 1
Tell me about past experience you have with using data to form a recommendation
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Veeva Systems (New York, NY) in Nov 2024
Interview
I have been interviewing with Veeva for almost two months now, and the interview process is not easy. There is a first round screening interview with HR, followed by a three-part interview series for the second-round. The first part is an individual case study, where they present graphs and tables and assess your ability to interpret graphs and analyze data. The second interview is a behavior interview, where they try to get to know you better as a person and your background. The last part is a group case study, where you work with other applicants to solve a problem. The third round/final round consists of a behavior interview discussing your performance in the second round interviews, and further discussing why you are a good fit for the role. I was offered the role following my final interview, and was told my salary, benefits, and details of the program. However, several days after receiving an offer, I was told that I needed to complete an additional interview, and my offer was contingent on my performance in this additional interview (despite being offered the job already.) Personally, I have never heard or experienced a company offering a job and then rescinding it, asking you to interview again despite being given the job. Frankly, I found this ridiculous and extremely unprofessional, reflecting poorly on their hiring and interview process.
