Phone screening then Interview with recruiter. They ask you about your experience within the role, so you have to go through what you've been doing in sales, cold calling, contacts, etc. They also where do you think they can sell their product (besides current customers).

3 differenti step: Call con Hr, role play exercise e chiamata con il manager. Il processo del colloquio solitamente inizia con una candidatura online, seguita da un primo contatto telefonico o via email. Successivamente, si svolge un colloquio iniziale, con il team HR, per valutare le competenze generali e la motivazione del candidato. Se superato, si passa a un colloquio più tecnico o specifico con il responsabile del reparto. In alcuni casi: richieste prove pratiche o test di valutazione. Infine, se il candidato risulta idoneo, l'azienda invia un'offerta formale e discute i dettagli contrattuali prima dell'assunzione.
