Applied online. Was then asked to do a phone screen with HR, followed by multiple executive stakeholder interviews. Interviews were around an hour each and ranged from direct managers to colleagues. The process took about 2-3 weeks, followed by a period of radio silence for another 2 weeks, requiring multiple follow-ups to obtain any information. Was told they would get back to me by X date. They missed that deadline and required another follow-up. I was invited to ask further questions, but they were never answered.

There were a variety of behavioral questions dedicated to how I approached different scenarios. Scenarios ranged from handling conflict to handling projects with tight timelines
Contact call, phone, and video interview with assistant and hiring manager was comfortable and not pressured. Follow up was clear and gave a better understanding of what the position entailed.
