I was called and asked to come in for an interview with a female recruiter. i did not know that this was only a recruiting interview. I was then asked to come in for another interview with the director of supply chain. He was absent on the day of my interview so I interviewed with two mid-level managers in supply chain. I did not have the skill set they were looking for, but they called me a few days later and offered me the job anyway.
