“The worst company you could ever interview with!!!
They lure you in with the promise of a contract, but in reality they trap you into doing an unpaid two-week training. The course is exhausting: online lessons in the morning and afternoon, real teaching practice with their students, and homework at night… basically a mini-CELTA, but completely useless outside of their walls, since their “method” is rigid, repetitive, and mind-numbingly boring.
And here’s the worst part: they tell you that if you complete the training successfully and get good feedback from students, you’ll receive a contract for the academic year. They even send you a diploma and a warm “welcome” email. Then… they vanish. No reply to emails, no phone calls answered, no face-to-face communication. They simply ghost you. Absolutely disgraceful and unprofessional behavior, giving you false hope while wasting your time and energy.
And this isn’t just my case: there are plenty of other teachers who went through the exact same experience. We were treated like disposable backups, left hanging without the slightest respect for our time, effort, or personal circumstances. It’s inhumane and shows a complete lack of ethics and professionalism.
My advice? Ignore any offer from them. Don’t waste your time, don’t let yourself be humiliated, and don’t fall into the trap of this fake “training” designed only to exploit teachers. This has been one of the most discouraging and toxic experiences I’ve ever had in the teaching field.”
