Interview process was long. Three rounds of interview. Two panel interviews with peers, One interview with director. Panel interviews were straight forward and last interview was a recap of the panel interviews but with the director.

Teams/Zoom calls only. No one on time. Didn’t let me meet the team I’d manage. Easy questions. More about what they could give me than my skill. Pushed me to short my notice to my current employer and sign on bonuses. They were too eager. It gave me warning signals.
