I applied online. I interviewed at Varian Medical Systems in Mar 2020
Interview
I was sent a text message from a recruiter about a month after applying with link to schedule a 30 minute phone interview. Recruiter talked for 27 of those 30 minutes about the company and job. It seemed to go well enough and he indicated he would forward my info on to the hiring manager for a 2nd interview. I received an email 10 days later from a different recruiter saying that I was no longer a candidate.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Varian Medical Systems (Austin, TX) in Feb 2020
Interview
The interview was well organized and all interviewers were on time. There was plenty of time allotted to answer my questions surrounding the position. Overall, it was a comfortable interview process that didn't resort to off-the-wall questions in order to test me.

Question 1
When was a time you failed at what you were aiming to accomplish and why?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Varian Medical Systems
Interview
A strange process, got a call for interview in April, they took more than a month to shortlist resume, after first telephonic round of interview, they took again more than a month to call for second round.
In second round you they will take your interview for more than a hour, then again all the same people will be there and discussing the same thing in the form of presentation. You will be told the presentation is time bound and you will get 15 mins and later 45 mins for Q&A, but in between the presentation panel will keep asking you question and they them self will forget its time bound.
Few members in the panel were good and showed warmth, and few were even did not feel like introducing who they were !!!!
Over all, the process looked dis-organized and unplanned.
There is yet no out come even after 3 rounds.
