Vantage Partners interview questions

I interviewed over the phone with an HR rep. She seemed somewhat nice and it seemed to go well. A month went by before she got back to me telling me that the position was changing from what it originally was. No communication as the month went by. I'm not sure why they would put out an ad for a job if they planned on changing it after they started interviewing candidates. Overall, interviewing here was a waste of time.

I went through multiple phone interviews - with HR, one Principal, the person who would be my boss, and then they had me speak to a Consultant so that I would get a feel of the day-to-day. After these phone interviews, I had to do a 30 minute timed at-home case study. After "nailing" that, I was invited to go in to the office from 9:00am-12:00pm for multiple rounds of interviews with different departments, one of which was a case study. After all this, I had only received positive feedback and I left the marathon of an interview process feeling confident I would get an offer. I did not. When I asked for feedback, the HR woman who had been extremely responsive through the whole process did not respond to my request for feedback.
