I received a phone call and it lasted about 30 minutes being asked a series of questions and afterwards was contact next day to schedule an in-person interview which ended up being with two members of management. The first meeting ended up being 2 hours in total and then another meeting for about 45 minutes. Afterwards had an interview via teams with the director/CEO of the company the following week which lasted about an hour and a half. Afterwards didnt hear anything from the company and its been 4-5 weeks in the interview process in total. They really do ghost people, all the reviews were correct about this. They overrun their interview with the interviewer talking for most the duration then asking many philosophical questions afterwards. They have 0 people skills, so be prepared to feel uncomfortable.
