Walked into store and was questioned if I was looking for work. The next day I met with the manager in the mall and spoke with him for about 10 minutes. I was hired on the spot

Interview
Very easy and simple. The manager was very friendly and interested in what I was saying. He just wanted to get to know me to see if I was a good fit for the store. I could tell he really cares about his job. I learned a lot of good information about the company during the interview, also.
