Vanguard Cleaning Systems interview questions

I applied on Indeed and was contacted via email about a week later. A phone screen interview was set up for later in the week. The questions the woman asked me during this were very standard. She was definitely just reading them off her computer screen. I remember in particular being asked about my salary requirements, and seemed fine with my answer. I was then scheduled for an in-person interview for the following week. I interviewed with two executives of the Las Vegas office. They seemed pretty impressed with my background and I appreciated their eagerness to answer all of my questions about the job as well as the cleaning industry in general, which was admittedly very foreign to me. The interview seemed to hit a snag once salary was brought up. There was definitely a large discrepancy between the number they gave me and the number I gave during the phone screen, which made me wonder why I was even brought in to begin with. The two explained that I did have potential to make more if I was able to upsell clients on their services. I did not apply to a sales position, so I was a bit turned off. I left the interview feeling like I had met some great people, but ultimately that the position was probably not quite right for me. Besides the salary, the office appeared to only have about 5-6 people and was dead quiet. I wasn't too upset when I never heard from them again.

Applied on Indeed, received email to set up phone interview. Invited to have a face-to-face interview a week later. A month later "due to hiring freeze" had 2nd interview with Regional manager. Very comfortable experence with both managers.
