Interview

The interview process was quite extensive but very worth it! I had the opportunity to meet so many different important faces and make the best impression I could on all of them. Each interview I attended with VanDevere furthered my knowledge of the automobile industry as well as VanDevere specifically. Great experience overall.

Interview

The interviewer did not seem very prepared and did not seem to be able to understand that people due change jobs/careers after 23 years. I explained the reasons and he did not ask any questions. He just had a weird look on his face.

The classic "where do you see yourself in 5 years ?" I didn't think people still used that anymore. The interviewer did not seemed to be interested in asking more relevant questions pertaining to the job itself.

Interview

The head interviewer is extremely rude and conceited. You also had to meet with multiple managers at multiple locations. It was a 4 hour process, which was not disclosed. This caused me to miss multiple other meetings that day, with no time to cancel.
