Vamaship interview questions

The interview consisted of three rounds (excluding HR one). And Every interview demanded to check different aspect of your personality. It isn't your simple interview where you are only judged by the technical knowledge you have. It also revolves around what type of personality you have. From knowledge to your management skills and decision making skills.

The process is 2 fold, A type form that a person fills in the first round, has analytical, mathematical and such questions. You are asked for your thoughts/ action plan for any project, topic and such acts. If you clear the first round you sit for an interview with the senior team, including the Founder/Co-Founder. Your previous education, marks etc dont matter to us. We only see how fit you are for the profile you applied for.
