The interview process was three rounds overall. An initial call with a recruiter, a call with a peer HR manager from another state, and the general manager. There seemed to be a disconnect between each interviewer and the expectations of the role. I was ghosted after the last interview and I’m kind of glad because the team was clearly not aligned.
