Lengthy and thorough. They not only want to make sure your a good fit for them but they are a good fit for you! They really care about their employees and want to make sure you will be happy. They set you up for success by having you reach out to references and other people in the company to ask them questions about their own experience.

The process was quick and easy. Had a call with the Regional manager then the VP of Sales. Both were relaxed and felt comfortable being me and asking questions. They were very open about their corporate culture. Have been with them 2 years and they have been true to the word
