There is a three round assessment technical Hr in assessment more core related questions were asked which was in medium level and in technical they were asked completely what you were written in your resume
Normally its just one interview, with HR and the technical team. He questions are not so difficult and there is no real set format to the interviews and each manager does it very different to the next, so you may get a heavy technical interview or you may not.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Valeo (Galway)
Interview
Very simple interview with R&D director and site manager in the site manager's office after submitting CV and application letter. The company was much smaller then so the process was simpler.
