I found the interview process quite disappointing. After successfully clearing the first round, I was invited for an onsite interview, which required a significant time commitment—traveling five hours each way. The interview itself went very well, and both the HR representatives and the hiring manager expressed positive feedback. However, two days later, I was informed that the position was exclusively intended for European nationals who had not previously interned in Germany. This eligibility criterion was clearly reflected in my CV and should have been identified during the initial screening. I believe this oversight could have been avoided, and my application should have been respectfully declined earlier in the process.
