Interview
It was a pretty standard procedure: first of, a screening call. After this, I had my first intake meeting, followed by a technical interview. When the technical interview was deemed satisfactory, they invited me to negotiate and gave me an offer. The offer was very different from what they had promised me however, and it became clear to me that from that moment I became just a number in their potential employee database.

Question 1
First meeting: standard questions like "tell me about yourself", "why do you want to work at Valcon?", etc.
Technical interview questions like "how did you solve this problem you faced in that project?", "what key soft-skills did you develop during this project?", etc.

3 rondes van gesprekken: eerst met een 'peer' (zelfde niveau als de functie waar je op solliciteert), tweede een technische presentatie en derde een gesprek met het hoofd van de afdeling.
