Conflicting information between HR and department. They didn't seem to be communicating with each other about start date, which group to meet with first, etc. It seemed like the process was right in the middle of a change that not everyone was aware of. Phone interviewed with department head first. Then HR contacted me and asked the same questions followed by setting up a personal interview. At the interview was an HR rep and a maintenance supervisor
