      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Val Verde USD (Perris, CA) in Jun 2011

      Interview

Val Verde Unified called me to ask if I would come in for an interview. I was interviewing for two different schools at once. Therefore, I was interviewed by both principals and a representative from human resources. It looked like they were using a one to five rating scale to judge my responses as we went. I got a call that same day offering me the job.

      Interview questions [1]

      Question 1

They asked me about classroom management strategies.
