The interview process started with the staffing company Val-Matic uses, I applied online and answered a questionnaire about my work experience and the skills I would bring to Val-Matic. - I had a phone screen with the staffing company - 1-on-1 interview with the Marketing Manager - After my 1-on-1 interview I received a third interview with the Marketing Manager, the VP of Sales/Marketing and the person I would be working with. I accepted my offer 2 days after my third interview. Everybody was really nice to me. From the person letting me into the building and the people that interviewed me. I knew I had made a good decision applying at Val-Matic.
