Very simple easy process. Started with a phone call then an in person. During the interview process I interviewed with my boss and then their boss. They called and offered me the job.

Interview
Phone conversation -very casual with the basic interview questions. Should not be the reason why you don't get the job. It lasted roughly 15-20 minutes and they informed me I got the job shortly after the interview.

What are 2 challenges you've faced in the workforce?
The interview process was really easy. Applied for the position online, and received a phone call within 2 weeks and came in for an in person interview the following week. The manager was very welcoming and laid back. It was very easy to talk to him and the interview felt like having a good conversation with a friend.
