Easy and straightforward interview. They found me from LinkedIn and we had a phone call with recruiter. Later on video interview and asked me about my personal background. What will you do if you encounter something you don't know? Where do you see yourself in 5 years? General interview questions

About linguistic skills. Personal background. English and native language tests with 10 sample examples and all.
It was short and simple, they ask if you’re qualified to the position and also make sure you are fluent in the language you are localized in

Interview
The interview process was smooth.
The first part was conducted in another language to assess my fluency. The second part was focused on behavioral questions, situational scenarios, and company policies. They also asked about my approach to handling sensitive content and spotting inaccuracies.

They wanted to understand how I handle workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain accuracy under time constraints.

Interview
It was pretty easy going and straightforward. The interview was held in English and German since being bilingual was a job requirement. I have had a positive experience with the interviewers and got the job offer not even 24 hrs after interviewing. I am very excited.
