A phone call from a recruiter in Boise, Idaho. Very strange interview, I think they called it a "character review" of something along those lines. Very odd questions throughout. I was taken off guard. Didn't care about my previous experience or education, seemed more interested in what I did on the weekends. Weird company, growing too fast, probably someone to stay away from.
