Interview
I applied for the eCommerce Expert position. Received an automated email that I would be required to take a Fluid Reasoning test before even speaking with a human or learning about what VTEX was looking for in an eCommerce expert. I declined to take this test and withdrew my application. My time is far too valuable to spend 45 minutes taking a test for a mystery position.

Question 1
Not applicable - no interview without passing their fluid reasoning exam.

Interview
Mindsight Test: Before you get to interview you have to complete a number of evaluations - a questionnaire that takes less than 15 mins and another series of timed tests that take up to 45 mins.
The first part is a long winded way of finding out what you value most and least.
The second part is a timed test to evaluate your different aptitudes - to me it was all over the place and the instructions, and tasks weren't clear.
If you do this test do it when you are fresh - not last thing after a tough week - and do it when you won't be disturbed. Read the instructions over until you have it clear in your head what is expected of you - they aren't always that clear. That's all you can do give yourself the best possible chance of doing well in these.
I have done these kinds of tests before and done really well - but sometimes they can get you at a bad time. Learn from my mistake.
