First met with HR Director, second interview with VP of HR, third interview was a panel with several other Business Partners. First two interviews were lengthy and one on one. They asked good questions, asked about my transferrable skills. Third interview was a panel with three Business Partners the role works with. Lasted roughly an hour. Position salary is under market value and is not a manager role although the required experience level is equivalent to a managers experience level.
