The guy who interviewed me was very nice. They seem like a great company to work for. I did a phone interview and then an in person technical interview. There was supposed to be a third interview involving execs of the company, but I didn't pass the technical interview so I didn't get to move on.

Question 1
The interview involved a technical portion where I had to write some small C# program to do some operations of files in windows explorer. It wasn't terribly diffficult, but I was very new to programming and was unprepared at the time.
