      I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at VPAC (Melbourne) in Jan 2015

      Interview

      Phone interview with HR department. This was followed by an interview with the department head, CEO and HR in a panel. The second round involved meeting other members of the management team and reviewing their roles and the interaction with my intended role.
