Two panelist and one of them was very diminishing with the whole approach of "Mr. know it all" and think candidates have nothing to offer. Yeye ndio Kusema! The whole experience was terrible. Everyone was told to arrive at 9AM in their Kongoni offices in Naivasha. they didn't put considerations of where candidates would be coming from, just be there by 9am. Only to be kept waiting outside in the breezy wind for more than 4hours, I left the interview at 4pm and two more candidates were waiting in line and needed to travel back to Nairobi. That was very inconsiderate of them.
