I saw the CEO's job posting on Twitter. I sent him an email. He introduced me to HR in a few hours. I learnt more about the position in an email and we set up an interview in İstanbul office. They offered me something to drink. The interview then started. It took a little more than an hour and was a technical interview by 2 engineers. There was Q&A, algorithmic discussions, live coding with paper and pen. It went well, overall. Then I had a phone call with the CEO after I left. They sent me a coding challenge which I completed in about 3 days. I sent it back and got a detailed review in just a couple of days. I then was made a good offer. I accepted it, moved to İstanbul and started working. The whole thing from the start to my first day at work took about 20 days.
