      R&D Manager Interview

      Jul 29, 2013
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at VM Motori in Nov 2011

      Interview

Ah head hunter called me asking for an updated CV (they had a five years' old CV). I sent my CV and after few days I was invited for a face to face interview. no phone interview before the face to face meeting. During the interview the recruiter asked me about high school and university results (I was quite surprise because I have more than 15 working years' experience) and my previous experiences. Not questions about hobbies, private life. No unexpected questions.

      Question 1

No unexpected questions. It was difficult to give responces regarding quite old situations (i.e. university studies, first project developped at the beginning of my working experience).
