Sent resume through e-mail to the HR team, received a call from the HR to fix the interview with the respective team. few days later received a call from the respective person from the team.

Nel primo colloquio con il dipartimento Risorse Umane ho discusso le mie motivazioni principali per il ruolo e l'azienda, mentre nei successivi due incontri con i manager abbiamo approfondito le mie esperienze professionali e le competenze acquisite nel corso degli anni.

Two phone interviews, not great conversation. Seemed to be looking for someone with experience which seemed odd as it was an internship. Ended up getting the job. Overall, a poor first impression of the company.
I applied online and heard back a few weeks later. First I talked with HR through phone interview. Then I talked with hiring manager over zoom. very simple and straightforward.
