Interview
Applied online and took about 2 weeks for them to call for an interview at their office. HR ended up being sick and didn't have the round with HR that day. Ended up just having the interview with the line managers. The interview seem to have went well and they told me to pay attention to calls as they will call me back. However, never heard from them again. Quite disappointed as they gave me a pretty good impression of their company in the interview. Since they didn't give me with their business cards, I cannot contact them either to follow up.
I applied online and heard back about setting up a screening interview quickly. The interviewer was super nice and asked me a lot of personal questions to get to know me outside of the role I was applying for. She was very honest about what the role entailed and the long hours I could expect.
The interview process typically begins with a 30-minute phone screen with HR, followed by a second-round 30-minute interview with the hiring manager. The final stage consists of a panel interview.

Interview
Received email for interview, had the interview, but never heard back. I feel the HR recruiters could improve their communication with potential candidates and let them know whether they are moving forward or not rather then leaving them hanging. Recruiter was friendly and made me feel comfortable, so overall it was a good experience.
