Interview
A few interviews. Very straightforward but they'll just ignore you if you're not "the right fit" which seems mostly based on appearance and not experience. Low-key really bad. People doing the second round (post HR) are just unprofessional.
I talked to HR (just a brief phone call), then an interview with a client services account director, then call with Chief strategy officer. Pretty standard process, interviews were not formal
