Human Resources Business Partner HRBP Interview

      Jul 16, 2025
      Anonymous employee
      Indianapolis, IN
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at V3 Companies (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2025

      Interview

I had an excellent experience interviewing with V3! The interview process was very informal but engaging and friendly. Started with a quick initial conversation with an internal recruiter to make sure what I was looking for and what the company needed were aligned. Then I had two follow-up video call interviews with HR leaders. These were also fairly informal with the focus on getting a sense of experience and culture fit. The final step as an in-person interview at their Indianapolis office with some of the leaders outside the HR team that this role would interact with. Again, fairly informal, with this one being more of a get to know you. That said, the Director of HR and the Chief Human Resources Officer (who I met in video interviews before) drove into town from Illinois, a 3 hour journey, to meet with me in person that day, show me the office and take me to lunch. This showed a significant level of interest and investment on their part in my candidacy which I appreciated. I would also like to note that the internal recruiter kept up very personable and prompt check-ins with me even when the process no longer involved them. I enjoyed this extra level of care as well. They were prompt with presenting an offer to me and worked very quickly to address any additional questions, revisions, etc. that I had.
