V-Soft Consulting Group Java Developer interview questions

From the naukri.com I got to know about the V-Soft Consulting Pvt. Ltd. Got an Interview Letter(walk-in). Start with a discussion that we are going to get training in ServiceNow with a 2 year bond with the company even you are a 2 year of experience. I was ready to attend the interview as its a new technology for me to learn, Interview Process started - 1. Written test : Java MCQ, Web Services, MySQL, RDBMS. Total 40 question. - I Scored 28/40, the first person to be interviewed for the next round after 1 hr wait of written round. 2. Technical Round (with Ravi): Basically the Job is not for Java Developer, they wants the JS Developer. So posting of the job itself is wrong. He asked me general question related to JAVA oops concept, JS language basic idea. My Project and a normal discussion. 3. 2nd Technical Round(with Prasanth): He ask me same about oops concept and then give a * pattern writing question. Just a Psuedo-code. Then How much you rate yourself in JAVA, in JAVASCRIPT. I am 4/5 in java and 3.5/5 in JS. {waiting-time}: Wait for 2 hr, in which they are asking whats your notice period. If its 3 months leave the job now itself after this much of wait. Full unorganized interview process. 4. Directoral Round: Finally it came, he asked me Tell me about yourself? Then how you are dealing some situation in your project? How much you strong in DATA Structures, DBMS. ? Whats you College Subjects? Why you want to change your JOB.? and more questions almost 45 min, After that from HR people, ya your result is positive, we will inform you on Monday regarding salary discussion and other things. Can you adjust your notice period within 15-30 days? I am like what a question now you are asking I already declared in the starting that I Have 3 months to serve. After that for the whole week no response. I tried from my side and at once it got recieved, and then salary discussion happened. They are deciding salary to max 5.2Lpa even you are earning 5 Lpa currently. Better to mention the Salary discussion when posting the JOB on any portal. After 30 min. of discussion, he is ready for some more salary but then he (Shekahar) mentioned i will discuss with management and let you know. And you have to submit your original Passport for a confirmation that you will be going to join us in future. I never think that any IT Company ask you to submit original document before joining itself. But still 20 days gone and no answer from Management discussion. Called multiple times and the person is not present anymore in there office. Please discuss everything with the Company before wasting your time to Interview.
