A very rare interview process for a consultancy to adopt. It was a detailed check on our capabilities for the required work. A very irksome process in my words.

Interview
The selection process was pretty long and tiring. It looked as if the company was hiring for a very senior position or for a very highly paid job.

At the end we were told if selected we will have to submit a pre-joining assignment. Upon submission, there happened a verbal test about the assignment.

Question 1
During an essay writing you will be asked to write on any topic of your choice. They will test your language skills. If you pass this, only then you will be asked to submit your resume.
Actually there is nothing in particular that was asked during the interview. The director will try to judge you for your stability as they are experiencing attrition of 100 %.
