For lecturer of EEE: Step 1. Written part: 10 questions total, mostly related to power courses. Also, one question from control system, communication, Transistors. Step 2. Presentation+ viva from selected candidates in sequence of written merits.

The process was fast, I got called up pretty quick as soon as I applied for the interview, since my background is very competitive I was nervous to see a room full of people. The contenders were mostly faculties of different private universities and I got along easily. The interview was shorter than usual, while getting out they praised my approach and way of speaking (It made sure I'm having a sure call up). I did right after I reached home. From here, everything got wrong - They asked me to join the next day, but I asked for a week time to do so, since I had to post a resignation to my current employment. It was one of the office assistants, who assured who would let me know if the authority agrees. Within 3 days I started calling again to check if he's upto something and my recruitment is cancelled. He did not pick or care to call back. After trying a few days, I got picked and he informed that I was replaced by another candidate without informing. This put me into a severe mental pressure and got me quite out of focus in the current workplace. Bearing this discomfort, I composed an email to Pro-vc and Registrar, the Registrar was very very rude and snobbish in his language, and yes it was an end for me. It took me a couple of months to adjust myself and the university blamed me for the mixup - created by them. Great work, greater collaboration.

Only basic interview on the degree. Firstly asked which course I would prefer to teach, and asked question on those courses. It was good and friendly environments. And actually the interview went well
