The prices was pretty a bit harder than normal. I could tell by how I was analyzed during the panel interview that they don’t just let anyone In the door which is a good thing.

I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Utility Connect (The Colony, TX) in Apr 2026
Interview
The process was more relaxed and laid back than I am used to or what I have experienced with other companies. The screening call was brief, conversational, and informative. The second round interview was a bit longer and in-depth. The final round interview was a panel interview, 3 on 1, with simple questions. Not a lot of feedback on responses.
